What is the Ascend Data Transfer (ADT)?
PinnacleApp syncs with your Ascend Retail Management System via a file exported nightly by Ascend. This file is called the Ascend Data Transfer (ADT). This is then imported into PinnacleApp to keep your prices, stock levels and inventory list in sync.
This file is exported via FTP each night. This file is then read by PinnacleApp and the information within is used to synchronise your websites stock levels, pricing and sale pricing with your Ascend Retail Management System.
